Welcome to Lifeline Learners!

Participants are required to attend the entire course and fulfill all course requirements to be eligible for certification. Late arrivals or early departures will result in ineligibility for a certification card and no refunds will be issued. Please note: Non-registered individuals (including friends, family, children, or co-workers) are not permitted to attend unless prior arrangements have been made with Lifeline Learners.

If a participant arrives late they will not be allowed to join the class and will be turned away. To attend a future session, please contact us to reschedule; a rescheduling fee will apply. If you choose to cancel instead, a refund will be issued minus a 25% administrative fee. Once the class is in session, interruptions are not permitted. We kindly ask that you respect the learning environment once a class has began. 

Clients may reschedule a class at no additional charge by contacting us via phone or email at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or failure to attend a scheduled class, will incur a 25% Cancellation or No-Show fee. This fee will be added to the invoice and must be paid prior to booking another class. If a refund is requested instead of rescheduling, the refund will be issued minus the 25% fee.
